Which devices can I use Zumi AI with?
Zumi AI’s unplugged card coding can be used without any additional devices or internet connection. Entry and Python coding are available on PCs running Windows or macOS (firmware version v1.2.3 or higher).

How do I charge Zumi AI? Is fast charging supported?
Turn the device switch to “OFF” and connect it using a micro USB cable. Fast charging is not supported, and we recommend using a charger with a maximum output of 5V.
Is the battery sold separately?
The battery is not sold separately.
What is the target age group for Zumi AI?
Zumi AI is an intermediate-level kit. Unplugged coding is suitable for elementary students, while block coding and Python coding can also be learned by middle school students.
Does Zumi AI require assembly?
Zumi AI comes as a fully assembled product and does not require any additional assembly.
Can I use the camera while driving the robot?
Yes, you can. Download the “Zumi AI” app from the Play Store to control and explore various camera-based functions.
What is the product warranty policy?
● Main board: 1-year free warranty from the date of purchase
● Motors, battery, cables: Excluded from warranty as consumables
● Not covered under warranty: Change of mind, expired warranty period, negligence or misuse, unauthorized disassembly/modification, malfunctions caused by connecting third-party products, etc.
